Readings are open to interpretation and should not be taken as set in stone, a Reading is never 100% accurate, therefore it should never be fully trusted. A reading does not replace Professional Medical/Legal/Business Advice on any occasion, regardless of how convinced you are that your Reading is accurate and the Reader to be trusted.

• Readings are STRICTLY for ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES; they should not be used as a replacement for expert, business, financial, medical, psychological, or legal advice.  It is your responsibility to seek medical attention if you are ill of any kind.   Each reading I offer is open to interpretation.

• Please also keep in mind that you need to find the reader that is in accordance with your energies, and if my readings do not resonate with you, it is not abnormal, maybe you should simply look for another reader who is more in tune with you.

• Readings and other things that are considered to be of a paranormal nature must be offered solely for amusement in accordance with the legislation.

• Before, during or after the delivery of my readings, I do not accept responsibility for the behaviour, opinions, or thoughts of any of my customers.

• No returns or exchanges are permitted; all purchases are final if I  have already delivered the reading.

My readings are carried out with integrity; I am honest about my skills and abilities. If I feel I cannot help you with a question or concern, I will inform you and refund your payment in full.

All my readings are carried out by myself; none of my readings are computer-generated.

I will answer any questions, which may arise from a reading, as well as provide any necessary clarification. Feedback from clients is important to me; I am happy to discuss any further issues considered part of the same reading.

My readings constitute a professional service and due to the nature of the service and labour involved, all readings are non-refundable.

Service, Not Goods. My readings and tuition are services, not goods, and therefore shall fall under the scope of applicable codes and regulations for services, not goods.

Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind about your purchase, I offer a full refund as long as I haven’t started working on your reading. If I have started, I offer a partial refund depending on how much time I have already invested.

If you are suffering severe difficulties in any of the above areas of; health, mental health, legalities and business concerns, you must consult with those Professionally Qualified to give suitable treatment or advice. A reading, whether holistic or psychic, may not be suffice under the circumstances.
